The carbonated beverage production line is a highly automated, collaborative system. From raw material processing to finished product packaging, eight core pieces of equipment work in tandem to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Water treatment is the starting point of production. Through multiple processes including quartz sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, precision filtration, and ultraviolet sterilization, impurities, odors, and microorganisms are removed from the water, ensuring that the water quality meets beverage standards and laying the foundation for the beverage's taste. Next, the blow molding machine heats the PET preforms and then stretches, pre-blows, and high-pressure blow-moldes them into finished bottles. The automated control system can precisely adapt to different bottle shape requirements.
The mixing and blending system is the core of flavor. Purified water, syrup, flavorings, and purified carbon dioxide are precisely mixed according to the formula, achieving carbonation under low temperature and high pressure to ensure a stable effervescent taste. The blended beverage then enters the filling machine, employing isobaric filling technology to prevent carbon dioxide loss while ensuring filling accuracy and sealing.
After filling, the bottles are warmed to room temperature by a bottle warmer to prevent temperature differences from causing labels to not adhere properly. The labeler then precisely affixes brand logos and product information, while the laser marking machine quickly prints production dates, batch numbers, and other traceability information, ensuring the labels are permanent and wear-resistant. Finally, the packaging machine neatly boxes the bottled beverages, completing secondary packaging for easier storage and transportation.
The entire production line operates with automated linkages, achieving highly efficient operation from water purification to finished product delivery, ensuring food safety while meeting the demands of large-scale production.
