2.Technical parameters of the marking machine

(1)Utilize the AC motor to drive the eccentric shaft to move back and forth.
(2) A specially developed product for the barrel mouth labeling system, used to prevent the labels from tilting during the labeling process for different types of barrel mouths, and to perform the action of aligning the labels after the labeling is completed.

3.Preheating shrinkage mechanism

(1)Imported hot air gun: 
Power 3.4KW, temperature display, both air volume and heat can be adjusted.It prevents the label from being pulled upwards when entering the shrinkage oven for shrinking.

(2)Preheating positioning: 
This is an auxiliary device used to prevent the label from sliding down when the bucket mouth label is applied after the liner label, in cases where the diameters of the bucket mouth and the bucket body are similar and the label cannot be contracted to a specific position.

4.Drop cup system

(1) The entire cup blocking system (cylinder type, ensuring that materials enter the elevator in sequence).
(2)Cylinder type hoist.
(3)Cylinder type cup stopper mechanism.
(4)Spiral cup dropping machine (including adjustable spiral rod, frequency converter and motor 120W).
(5)Vacuum cup conveying (vacuum pump 3400W). The power is 3600W, three-phase electricity, 50Hz.
(6)Drop Cup System Material: Stainless steel---SUS 304.

5.Cup collection system

1.Collect the vacuum wheel of the cup (including 3400W vacuum pump, 370W frequency converter and motor).
